Fair Trade Agreement:

For each $1 Million a country exports to USA, that country shall import $1 Million from USA.

If any country exceeds by 10%, stop the flow from that country until they are equal again.

This applies to both goods and services.

The only exception is national security of the USA.

Other countries provide incentives for employment of their citizens. Why does the USA think its own citizens should be treated unfairly"
