Tell me what ruling the world looks like. a dictatorship that will lead unto the destruction of the races as we know them, or an illuminate type rule, with hundreds on thousands of connections controlling every government.

Oh Is it the Reverent respect that inspires everyone respect others in time. More a beacon of what could be with the hopes of everyone. All past the egos, All past the corruption of the souls.

I'd believe it's more of a light then some ruler.
