This show played in Disneyland's Carnation Plaza from May through October 1992. The name later changed to "Goofy Toons Up". I guess it was a semi-test to see if a Mickey's Toontown would appeal to guests.

Anyways, Roger Rabbit's new invention is ready and Goofy is selected to test it out.

I guess it kinda has a similar feel to that Buzz Lightyear show.

I didn't tape this, my dad did :D

  • It's funny how Roger picked Goofy to test the machine and how the show has a fitness theme to it, cause there was that scene in the movie where Roger was in the theater watching the short "Goofy Gymnastics".

  • good point

  • and in the Smile Darn Ya Smile segment, Roger Rabbit was seen dancing with the Disney characters, like he was being welcomed to the Disney Family.

the reason I said either, and or was because I don't know which Disney Theme Park Roger was being welcomed at first. and I also don't know which Disneyland, or Walt Disney World Special it was when he joined the Disney Family

  • I saw on a video, courtesy of my "late" Grandparents, not only a Roger Rabbit Documentary, but also a special show in which Disney characters were outside the castle of either Disneyland, or Walt Disney World, and singing and dancing to songs like "Heigh Ho", "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah", "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious", and the Merrie Melodies cartoon/song, "Smile Darn Ya Smile"
