Merritt start rocking agin while you're still almost young! There's time to get acoustic later when ...eh..electricity runs out? We can't afford it? When they bomb us to the new ice age? Those things happen.

He's got hyperacusis, so any electric shows cause horrible feedback in his ears. The whole band agreed to only tour acoustically for this reason. It's pretty amazing live, actually, I kind of wouldn't have it any other way after seeing them.

I was at this concert, and I don't think I listened to any other bands for the rest of the year. Awesome set...I just wish they'd release an all-acoustic or live album!
