  • @c032970 Muay Thai, Boxing, taekwondo. but if your serious about MMA do some kind of groundwork. BJJ or Judo or even Wrestling. size can be a big advantage with your ground game

    Why don't ya just cover the whole floor with the foam then put the wood over and mats over that?
