  • @ContactHigh45 maybe because nobody type his name for searching about something different to what he says. I mean only people interested in the secret watch these kind of videos, and watch the numbers, it is not enough sample to make a good statistics....hehehehhehe

  • have you ever noticed that bobs videos are always liked and never disliked, that to me is symbolic of what he teaches, lives, and attracts... keep it up bob your the best

  • suplimental. "reacting" is deeper a Habit.

I think what he means is whenever we react...emotional. without thinking.

    THAT is when we lose.

However when we train diligently and mindfully and use intelligence and law of non resistance without emotion (or better yet higher emotions with higher vibrations) we win.

    thought.

  • xitec75 I agree you with the last bit about react vs respond.

Learning to react with the proper response is key.

In aikido in ANY martial arts we do not "think" in a sense we do not pause and think "oh what am I gonna do" we do react, it is built into us. the right ideas to react WITH.

I know which martial arts to study. I like their pants too.

  • Thank you so much Bob..

  • This strategy is partially wrong, because if u react because u did something 1000 times, you do the right thing. Correct definition:

In a new situation, respond and remember what u did, respond with your goals in mind. Later, if you have enough training in this situation, u can react with the same result.

  • the art of allowing will help resistance
