Backflips Outline

An outline for our 2011 Backflips lesson.

In this tutorial we break down how to learn backflips in the safest way possible.

After watching this video you should be able to learn backflips properly with as little risk as possible.

I can't barrel roll at all, like the thought of it doesn't work for me. i always just naturally do a lay out backflip or a wildcat. I wanna learn rodeos tho and therefore i wanna get comfortable with barrel rolls? any tips?

@Jamarikle Take some time to get the motion dialled on a trampoline first so you can visualize it. I find it alot easier to do on a snowboard if I do a bit of a set up carve first. As I ride into the jump, I do a set up carve to put me on my toe edge as I ride up the lip and I shift to my heels just as I am taking off. Hope that helps!
