About these particular bear dogs in this episode; these bear dogs are probably a certain small species of bear dogs, as they came in different sizes, and the small one probably filled a ecological niche similar to a large fox.

Without living specimens and no actual witnesses, it's called conjecture. Of course they "make stuff up" but it's based on scientific conjecture.

yea most common sources say a hyenadon weighs on average about the same as a saber tooth tiger or similodon nowhere near as big as a rhino thats a bunch of bull shit

@Dafidd They definitely make most of this shit up, colours how the skin is textured, behavior too. There are nocturnal reptiles though. Lots of snakes and pretty much all Geckos are nocturnal.

Entelodont weren't built like tanks but rather like battering rams with weak bones but one hell of a head...and don't reptiles work during the day and at night do hardly anything?
