  • how did humans survive without that MSM powder for the last 3000 years and only eat the fruits and vegetables?? Sheeeesh!

  • @guitarplayersfriend You're welcome to drink a juice w/o anything added. :) The intention was to share how using msm has especially helped my nails grow stronger and joints to recover fast after strenuous workouts. When food is processed and shipped from long distances, the msm (naturally occurring) starts to dissipate. Please do your research, there's a vast amount of info out there about the benefits of this naturally occurring sulfur compound found in all living plant and animal tissues.

  • can you reuse the strainer bag thingy? seems like a cool way to go. cleaning my juicer is a pain.

  • @mojokiss Yes. A bit of soap and water will do, then hang dry after each use. You will know when to throw it out once it stops catching the fiber.

  • @norusdog personally I prefer the blender because it is faster and easier. takes me less than 5 minutes to make and all I have to do is add water and soap, then blend and it's clean. taking apart every little piece of a juice machine and scrubbing is not for me. it all depends on the individual and what they like.

  • sorry but this isn't really practical at all now is it? if I can afford an "industrial strength" blender then...I'd probably just get a juicer to make it easier...

sorry but seriously..what's the point in trading one expensive appliance for another and still be practical?

  • @qwondoflex Thanks! That helps. I'll give it a try.

  • Better than using a sock

  • @guitarplayersfriend woah woah only eat fruits and vegetables? that is not true at all. you should do some research and you would find out none of the fruits or veggies you eat are even found in naure or existed a couple hundred years ago. i would be more cautious throwing around the "natural" idea

  • u look like my X

  • Thanks very much for the demo. I am moving towards juicing and am not sure what to invest in. Please keep up the great work.

  • OK I just made this and it was bloody lovely, thank you so much for the vid :D I can finally start incorporating green juices into my diet :D

  • you can get a good blender for around 40 dollars vs 200 + for a juicer

  • this video is awesome, thanks!!!!

  • great video, adapting a natural food diet into our lives is very tricky, and learning to depend on blenders and juicers is a big step, we all have to find what works for us, it looks like the strainer bag can provide a high yield of juice.

  • A blender.. Of course...
