Don't hate because you could never afford to spend $10,000 on your entire wedding. If they have the money, who's right is it to say anything? You only live once! If you can afford it, more power! Next time do 12 different outfits just for all the haters reading.

Its there money, there business how they spend it. The money they or people like them spend helps the economy. The people that make the food, the clothes and the place they had this event it in etc...have to make money so that they can afford to keep there workers, to prevent them from being laid off. So its a good thing that rich people spend. It helps other people who actually need it.

You know if I had that kind of money I would love to have a elaborate wedding too but with all honesty I think she could have done without the seven dresses, and honestly I love to eat but a TWELVE course meal is a bit much for any human to handle. Oh well their money is feeding the people who they are paying so I guess it's being put to good use in a strange way...

Honestly, having money doesnt meant that you automatically have taste. Had it been be with those funds, I would have went a different way with my choices, but it has become obvious to me that most ppl with lots of money ...have no idea what to do with it

I wish I was her wedding planner her cut on this is so huge she can take off the rest of the year. I'm all for doing what you want on your wedding day and if you have the money do you, but it just seems like she is more interested in the cost of everything than the point of the event them working things out and saving their family. Hope they make it.

Is anyone else getting the feeling that the poor kids are going to see their parents divorced again, and soon? The whole ceremony is like one big denial session. 'They doth protest too much.'

@chicacanella Thank you for saying that. I would like to add that it's so funny that the people who say spending that much money is stupid are the same people that don't have money themselves. HMM.
