well funny story. they took a year to heal...i've had mine done for over two years and a week ago the left one got bumped in a mosh pit reopened and got infected i woke up with it healed in my cheek and i had to go to the hospital and have it digged out....so now i'm missing one and i'm in terrible pain..
i suggest u really think about dimples before getting them...they are tricky and sometimes take longer then a year to heal if u have the patience for it go for it it's lovely

my vertical labret barely hurt :O
well, i guess maybe it would be most painful, i dont have everything you have :P
i usually have very low pain tolerence so i was pretty shocked.

my vertical labret wasnt bad at all my pain tolerance is very very low. but people were asking me which was the worst...and i guess if i had to pick i'd pick that.
