  • you guys should try to learn it like frank mir but his works if your oponent on top is putting his head down a little and u kick your leg over cuz u allready practicly have a triangle choke

  • @tburton0001 I completely agree. i have seen it set up this way before...because the person couldn't get the triangle set up right...but....honestly...many many other ways for an Omaplata set up that are easier and more effective then this....

  • is this like the lebell lock without pulling back on their neck?

  • I've seen a lot of set ups for an OMOPLATA, but honestly that has to be the worst, you have the guy in a really deep triangle, why let go and try for the omoplata which has a lower finishing percentage than a triangle, and please explain to me what the hell is a humo plata??????

  • @adrianveronica2007 Thank you. Thinking the same thing.

  • good move if you dont want to use the triangle, but i feel they may be able to hop forward and roll out of it?

  • @adrianveronica2007 when you don't have it in tight enough or they won't let you get it in.

  • @adrianveronica2007 He could also go for an easy arm bar. I guess it's a little extra just in case you have like 10 seconds left and you need him to tap fast. idk really.

  • @ 0:32 he kicks the guy in the face

  • @adrianveronica2007 Good point. I have no idea why, the triangle choke hurts more and its harder to escape
