13 y/o honor student strip searched for ibuprofen without parental notification or consent

You better believe someone would regret it if it were my daughter.

There is NO reason not to call the parent(s) and detain the child until they get there if a strip search is necessary. The schools are supposed to protect our children - who's protecting them from THE SCHOOLS?

If they said I had to take my clothes off at all, I wouldn't even let them touch me! I'd kick them, turn and run to my locker, grab my shit, run from the school and to my house. THEN call my mom at the Elementary school and let her scream at everyone :3

And if my Dad would find out.... well, lets just say they won't be breathing long enough to beg my Dad to stop :D

1) Had to tell parents beforehand.

2) She should have ran from the school. I'm too shy about my body, I'm 14, I would have fought to my death. I'd be too embarrassed.

Fucking school system thinks they can do whatever they want to kids, because it's 'protecting the kids'. You don't strip search a teenage girl!! That would encourage me to bring a knife or gun to school to keep them the fuck away from me.
