Joseph Cheng, a politics professor at City University of Hong Kong, talks with Bloomberg's Susan Li about a meeting in Seoul among South Korean President Lee Myung Bak, Japan's Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao to discuss tensions between North and South Korea. China agreed to deepen ties with South Korea and Japan at the annual summit overshadowed by accusations that its ally North Korea sank one of the South's warships. The North rejected the charges as "sheer fabrication" to justify a "a war of aggression against it" (Source: Bloomberg)
