Absolutely the best guitar on the market today, The build. Materials, the sound and versatility make it the best around. Makes me proud to be an American that this guitar is Made in the USA!

I ordered a Bolt Plus and DC 127 in 2011 which I had to return because of unfixable fret buzz. The finish on both guitars, however, was excellent. Total shipping costs and a pro guitar set on the second guitar costs me over $400. That’s $400 out the window and good deal of time wasted. Disappointed since most the guitars at half the price like Ibanez seldom have bad fret buzz. Maybe I just got 2 lemons. Probably my fault for buying something over the mail w/o trying it first. Buyer be warned.

There is a story that someone was complimenting Chet Atkins on how beautiful the Gretsch Country Gentleman sounded. He stopped playing and sat the guitar on a stand and said "How does it sound now?"
