  • Just my two cents of the FOB/Jack Debate:

One of the main problems people seem to have with FOB = Jack is that it(he?), well, dies. Except Jack does die, he just doesn't stay that way. If anybody remembers, the last time Jack gave his lifeforce to save a city (Abbadon), he stayed dead for several days - what's to say the Face of Boe is really, completely, forever dead, and not just regenerating? Who knows, maybe it'll (he'll?) start breathing again in another billion year's time.

  • @MattnificentStudios he died because he gave his whole life energy just to save the city

  • @bluejeckett People's accents change within just a few years in real life, it would be stupid to rule out the possibility of it changing over a few thousand.

  • @awfulsails That would explain it.

  • Aahg how I've agonized over that, is it implied or does anyone have the actual clip. Great video by the way, I almost shed a tear ^_^.

  • Anyone that disagrees with jack being boe, it was proven, the actor even talks about shocked he was when he found out

  • @bluejeckett

    5 billion years

  • THE FACE OF BOE ISN'T ENGLISH!! Jack admits he's a "Fellow american" in Season 4 of Torchwood, implying he would never have an accent even though hes of the entire universe.

  • HE'S NOT THE FACE OF BOE!

  • @bluejeckett because hes fucked up

  • All this business about Jack being the face of Bo, if jack is the face of Bo then why does the face of Bo have a fucking english accent then nobheads????

  • Personally, I think FoB is ONE Jack, but maybe not THE Jack. He's a time agent, so there's lots of selves floating around. In one of the novels, Jack mentions Boe as a figure from his time, not mentioning his poster boy status. But then, this was written before End of Time, so canonity is debatable.
