"frequent flyer"? Eh, I'd just take him where he wants to go. Then make a note of it and let the rest of the squad know, NEXT TIME, he goes to the closest ER, and gets some support information for whatever it is that makes him so nuts. Gotta care to do this job, but ya can't let pt's abuse the system forever.

actually if your go to an ER that you know haw many triage rooms they have (say 26) in your report you should make a statement that says something like, "would you like for this pt to go to 't-28'?" This will usually tipoff the nurses that this is a triage patient. BTW people, if you've got a car and nothings wrong with you (like you cut your finger)... GET IN YOUR CAR and DRIVE YOURSELF! Your going to be put in the back of the line anyways.
