Guitar is in standard tuning.

The score was kindly provided by Alain Reiher who transposed it to the key to Am and consolidated onto one staff. The original tab and score are at Arthur J. Ness' site:

  • Awesome technique, superb playing and perfect transcription, it respectfully compares to O'Dette's famous Dolcissima e Amorosa songs for lute.

    That's great.

  • @docetrago Thanks again for your comments!

  • Great to hear this piece after such a long time, like bumping into an old friend. You make it sound so exciting and vigorous.

  • @andrewnorris1 - That's great! I was told by Arthur Ness before I tried to play it: "... It's (as Paul O'Dette says) a romp'um, stomp'um dance... ". So, I must have done something right. Thanks for your comments.

  • This track also is very nice . I see the link for the partition .*****

  • Thanks again, glaoud. I had forgotten about this one.

  • If you scroll down just past the original tab on that site you will see the transcription made for guitar by Alain Reiher (in standard notation).

  • I'm afraid I'm not quite following u at all here... what do you mean? I've been to the site you mentioned in the info but it surely doesn't sound all right, even though I know it's in italian tablature and upside down.

  • I don't have it as reg tab. You know about the standard notation version on the Arthur J. Ness site in the description?

  • I see you're very cunning, would you be able to 'translate' this piece into regular tablature? I've been trying to work the other one out for bout six months... I would be so glad. Have a nice day.
