  • What is the name of that song that you started at 1:56? I should be ashamed of myself for that.

  • @MultiScoffer Still of the Night – Whitesnake. Classic riff off a classic album!

  • Hi, sir. Good video review. I saw this video on last sanday and now I'm undecided about my purchase: shecter hellraiser C-1 FR or Charvel. I like both tones and those guitars could make very glad. I have a guitar low end with maple neck and I need to buy one good guitar with maple neck to solos and an other dedicated to heavy riffs. Money is absent... The charvel tone make you fully satisfied? Help if you can. Thanks :-)

  • @rasocomercial I'm not a fan of post-California Schecter, or active pickups, so it'd be an easy decision for me, though I have not played the C-1 FR. I did find the stock TB-4 bridge pickup too high-output in the Charvel, and swapped it. The guitar has an open natural singing tone. The Hellraiser is all mahogany, right? That's going to be much darker than I'd want from a superstrat, too – I want that bright open scream! Then you have made in China vs Japan...

  • kt88s or el34s?

  • Would this guitar be good for metal? (Iron Maiden, Metallica etc...)

  • Hey man, great vid. well done. Love the bit of Extreme at the end too \m/ I got myself a so cal (white) and it too is awesome and am really thinking of the San dimas now. Can i ask how you recorded the sound and picture etc? Cheers man

  • Hi have u ever playen an american one? they have a lot of difference???

  • Is that tapping lick at 8:09 from a song? It's awesome!

I might pick one of these up in the future, candy red looks nice with the tinted neck on the San Dimas.

  • You dont have any furniture but at least u have a nice guitar...haha

  • @zombielolocaust I had a feeling that was the song. Thanks! BTW, I'm in the process of getting my black San Dimas today. Yes!!!

  • @zombielolocaust I understand you. Yes, the hellraiser is all mahogany + rosewood and have a darker tone. I love the maple sound and bright open scream too. The schecter is crafted in South Korea but have a very good building, parts (original floyd rose, 24 extra jumbo frets, EMG 85/89, push pull, grover tuner locks) and a beautiful finish and sound as you can see: /watch?v=0IPDHvS7KME (by teh way, it is a great progressive composicion). I'm thinking yet... Thank you, Gray.
