heellloo wawdi!! the reason is tht because of the way it was done!! the chinese had opened fire on the protestors!! i mean ther were like "36" friggin tanks with god knows how many more armed cops on the streets SUPPOSEDLY trying to "quell" the protestors!!! and the sad part is the chinese are showing only the protestor side violence n not showing their own side of violence!!!

When French suppressed Paris riot, they were not "concerned"; when US cracked down L.A. riot, they did not protest; when Canada quashed Quebec October Crisis, they didn't demand boycott. but when China suppressed Lhasa riot, so many western governments are "concerned" and so many western critics are angry. They are blind to mob's looting and arson, and cruelly indifferent to innocent civilians' death and injuries, only pointing finger to Chinese government. Such a bigot and hypocrite.
