Lets see..4 Wheel drive, Traction and stability control plus anti-lock brakes.
You have to be the WORST driver in the world to wreck an R8 in that manner.

All the technology installed, by the companies, on cars like these, gives some people the impression that the car will stick to the road like a magnet no matter what you do. In reality, if there is standing water, loose gravel, mud etc. on the surface, it doesn't matter what special gizmo is operating, - IF THE TYRES LOOSE TRACTION, IT'S GOODBYE!!!!
As for this chump; well look at the conditions and how far they are ahead of the traffic as the perverbial hits the fan.... Idiot.......

Doubt the car would have countered at all if he tried, low traction and the car was completely sideways.
I once went sideways, to much sideways to counter so i ripped the E-Brake, turned the car even more and it started going reverse therefor away from the edge of the road. It was intense, laughed as soon as the car stopped.

90 degrees angle or more on a wet road, you may have saved it if you let it spin once. Correcting became the cause.
