This procedure describes a three-step, systematic approach to be used by all Contractors/Subcontractors to protect employees on the project from falls when they are working at elevated positions or are exposed to potential fall hazards. This includes fall potentials created by excavations. This procedure explains how to eliminate fall hazards, prevent falls, and eliminate or reduce injury if a fall does occur.
My only comments are that it was too short, and when you stated that the anchor point must support 5000 lbs per people attached, which make it sound that more than one person can be attach to the same safety line, and according to OSHA only one person per attachment.
Thanks, Cip
