i had the phone for like 3 months hardly any were then the screen just cracked on inside i didnt drop it or fall idk mabye i got a defected one but idk get the samsung rant!!

u go to games and apps, u go to the very bottom and get new games and apps, u go to messaging, then IM and Email, then to instant messaging, and its a free download, it wont be an icon on ur Fun tab but u can access it through the games and app icon

I'm sorta guessing people want mobile IM because their friends/family either don't have a phone or they don't have texting.
