Canon Vixia HF M30 HD review, FOREST HILL PARK

My first experiments with a Canon HF M30.
Footage was captured at Forest Hill Park in Richmond Virginia on May 23,
2010.
Scenes from the South of the James Market and Forest Hill Park Lake ribbon cutting.
This is a rough cut.

All in all, except for the low quality of the built in microphone, not a bad camera.

I just bought this camcorder based on a project I may be doing. Of all the videos shot with this camcorder on Youtube this really shows off the potential. This is the closest thing to film that I've seen yet. Great job on this, you really caught the effect of the events shot . I'm a seasoned camera operator in community tv and feel this has broadcast potential

I have read a few reviews about this camera that were negative. Saying that it takes horrible pictures. They are wrong and you prove that by your shooting. Subject, composition, and lighting are what makes a camera USER bad or good. Thanks for posting this!

To make this look more cinematic, you should lower the sound of the people talking and have the flute volume overr everything.
