One thing that stands out to me is how much I prefer that Hiwatt sound to the Fender setup he eventually switched to. Too bad he just couldn't deal with the high volume level needed to get the Hiwatts to sound like that. You'd think that they could make a custom amp for Pete that could get that sound without the high volume.
The first notes of the thunderous return... legendary. Roger sounds like a million bucks and Zak is playing as if he can't believe he's actually playing with the Who. They already were a unit. Thanks for sharing this!
