Here is how the Government warranty will work.
You will go to the dealer with the same problems.
Rather than make good on the warranty, you will suddenly be the object of attention for your local police, and IRS auditors.
If you get upset at the dealership; the police WILL come and taise and pepper spray you, before you are booked on a BullShit "Terroristic Threats" charge.
To get your car fixed you WILL be forced to pay a mechanic under the table.

What's to stop Chrysler or GM from offering warranties that last far beyond the life of their companies? How many forms will you have to fill out to get warranty work done? Will it be any easier to get help than the it is under the federal Lemon Law? You'd have to be a fool to buy a car from either one of them today.
