@dlstb My POINT is that socialist institutions exist in a country where a Capitalist Economic System is practiced. When a countries ECONOMY is based on a Socialist Economic model is another story.

First, I never said that communism existed..

And since when did I claim it will be better than existing forms of government? communism is a social/economic structure NOT GOVERNMENT, and I'm not supporting it nor against it.

The USSR was not true Socialism but rather State-Capitalism. Communism is nothing about authoritarianism, it's supposed to be worker control with democratic decision making. This man was being rather disingenuous or rather misinformed.

its a welfare nanny state that has created apathy and killed the american spirit for freedom. no one cares anymore because they feel entitled to the same things as a man who works twice as hard as he did. America did not create the rules, regulations, codes, statutes, education, or any system that infringe upon anothers freedom. it was offshore globalist banks. and thats what people need to get on the same page with. we have been fed a CRONY CAPITALIST SYSTEM since 1913.
