Bonzai pepper plants overwintering

Had to take these little guys inside. Nightime temps dropping to mid 50's.
Very little room in space needed to grow. I started tearing up leaves and dropping buds each tome I went to watr the palnts. So, my idea is to pull the bamboo wind rods out and tie the branches to the main stock.

I'm starting to take my plants in as well. At least the ones I like the most. I also have the same issue. Not a lot of room. i'm going to have to put a few CF lights here and there. Not sure if that will help but we'll see. Very nice plants by the way. Healthy. Mine recently had been hit by some mites.

@bd1965 It is sad isnt it. Well I convinced my father to take 3 of them and I'm going to give some to friends. I hate to see any freeze and die for nothing.

So have you been growing peppers long? This was my first year of growing more than a couple. I think I went overboard :)

PS. Those aphids can be little bastards cant they. Anytime I see any spider anywhere (jumping or otherwise) I always take them to my pepper plants. I dont know if that does anything but I figure it cant hurt.

@svtcontour Ya, first year. I joined a couple forums and was spending (way too much time) educating myself about pepper growing, drooling at pepper pictures on the web, and chatting with fellow pepper lovers. I chose to stop going to the forums. By now, I know enough about the grow cycle of a pepper, I'll (hopfully) do pretty good next year. The people I've met are simply awesome. @Gruffington31 Actually they are called many names such as, buds..pods..fruiting..flowerin­g..going to seed..peppers. There is no wrong saying for this.

If the leaves start to get that crinkled look then they are starting to need Calcium.
