He was banned so many times, it was way more than twice, but Stickam kept letting him have/make accounts. Not sure if you know, but he has been raping girls for years. Most of them are underage. He also had some warrants way before this.

I just read up on what had happened, and though I have not used stickam, I must remind everyone that you sign up with a TOS.

Again, it's like going after the gun manufacturer when someone gets shot. It is their site, but when you sign up I'm sure you clicked "I agree" somewhere during the process. You probably agreed to holding responsibility for content you post and air live. I haven't read it, but I'm sure it says that it's the users responsibility, not theirs. (like every other site)

I know this video is deff. like a million years old but a lot of people are saying stickam is not at fault for what happened to the girl.

most web broadcasting sites, such as tinychat, block IP addresses, and i think stickam needs to do the same because by continuing to let the situation get worse it does actually put them at fault.

blocking the IP address will help to ensure that creeps like this are STOPPED, i know for a fact stickam is still full of nasty creeps, how else would they make $

Ok, there are freaks everywhere. we can not blame stickam for someone's missuse. how about we worry about the justice system.

we can not go regulating everything and expecting mandatory regulation, or we get what china has. how about we report stuff like that????

Stickam banned him twice and brought him back. I think things lay in their lap at that point. Knowing what he is capable of.

I'd also just like to point out that I'm not rationalizing what this Hock guy did. I think he deserves everything he gets....I just wanted to make my point about the website.
