Did you try a Cyclone dust collector ?

THE LOWER LEFT TUBE THAT LEADS TO THE BUCKET TO COLLECT LARGE PARTICLES, ADD A SHORT "L SHAPE" PVC FITTING THAT POINTS TOWARD THE BUCKET (OR AS AT LEAST AWAY FROM THE OTHER TUBE), IT SHOULD CORRECT YOUR PROBLEM AND SAVE U TIME & MONEY

Really well done video, with lots of great ideas.
Agreed: either a cyclone or a "Thien separator" (Google it) should provide excellent chip separation.
Also ... if you haven't ... sealing your blast gates (as they enter the MDF) with silicon is a good idea to reduce air infiltration.
Thanks for sharing !

Seperate the heavy stuff w/ a cyclone seperator. There are probably videos on how to make one.
