@JFMello1116 I had a South African teacher in school and he said that you should stuff the curry in baguettes. So I guess a crispy/chewy bread would be better for this recipe.

I can imagine the bread isn't fluffy or spongy like the kind one finds up here in the US. Am I right about that, or would that work for those of us hoping to make some of this at home?

I think they made the bread at the restaurant but I'm sure you can use whatever bread you have available (and like).
