ANIRON - NEW VERSION - FROM THE LORD OF THE RINGS

Lyrics:

ANIRON

E mor henion i dhu:
Ely siriar, el sila.
Ai! Aniron Undomiel.

Tiriel arad 'ala mor
Minnon i dhu- sad oltha.
Ai! Aniron Edhelharn.

Alae! Ir el od elin!
I 'lir uin el luitha guren.
Ai! Aniron Undomiel.

I lacha en naur e-chun
Sila, eria, bronia.
Ai! Aniron Edhelharn

I DESIRE

Out of darkness I understand the night:
Dreams flow, a star shines.
Ah! I desire Evenstar.

Having watched the day grow dark
I go into night - a place to dream.
Ah! I desire Elfstone.

Behold! The star of stars!
The song of the star enchants my heart.
Ah! I desire Evenstar.

The flame of the fire of the heart
Shines, rises, endures.
Ah! I desire Elfstone.

  • Yes...beautiful!

  • @mynamesstarry

It's not different, but just hard to follow. Some words are elongated into several parts.

  • Magnifique, Enya: Dieu te prête sa voix......

  • If I ever fall in love with a girl, this would be the song she would have to sing

  • i wonder , why the word that i hear not like the lyric?

i need to sing in true word.

  • @billybobhortons Seriously it's elvish. People can sing in fictional languages. For example, Enya also sings some songs in a language called "Loxian".

  • @billybobhortons elvish...the language was created by J.R.R Tolkien and the most specific dialect of elvish used in the song is Sindarin spoken Sindarin Elves of Beleriand. All this is in the Lord Of The Rings

  • @billybobhortons

The language is called Sindarin, an invention of the linguist Tolkien.

  • @aergdr bro...theres no such thing as an "elvish" language...elves are not real...seriously what language

  • @billybobhortons Elvish
