  • @Teenbodybuilderr So that comes out to 8-9 high calorie meals a day. I also incinerate fat so like with the greek yogurt I never buy fat free since I won't get fat at all. (for now) I've never tried to cut down my body fat on purpose and usually hover around 5-8% BF naturally.

  • @Teenbodybuilderr Basically eat A LOT. haha I usually have two of the shakes I posted a day, breakfast is usually a 4 egg, ham and chesse omlet and 2 cups of whole milk, usually a gatorade and regular greek yogurt for a snack, when I have a double study hall I go home and eat another meal, and then lunch at school, then after school another meal, then another mean around 5:30 6, then a post workout shake, and another like pasta meal around 10 at night and 2nd shake later. haha

  • @TheBerryFitness Haha wow! what do you eat to get that much cals?! ahah

  • @Teenbodybuilderr It seems weird man but its true. Right now I'm around 5500 to 6000 and I'm losing weight haha. I literally incinerate everything I put into my body. It also has to do with I do a lot more cardio and conditioning then most with my MMA training. My strength coach is the same way he loses pounds a week if he eats less than 7500.

  • Hey, You dont need 10,000 cals a day. Im a hardgainer also. Try 3,000-4,000 and see how that works! Pro bodybuilders dont even eat 10,000 :P
