The 3rd in a series of rondalla video tutorials. This segment deals with the tuning of the banduria, laud, octavina or any of the available string instruments the Philippines rondalla way.
Just would like to apologize for the 3 repetitive portion in the video segment of the ways to tune the 2nd set of string D or RE. On the positive note the 3X repetition will help in easily remembering the procedure.

Puro sa fifth fret lang po ang natutuhan namin. Baka ibang instruments iyong  sinasabi mo. At saka bale 6 tuning units lang ang banduria, Laud and Octavina. 1st 3 strings bale isa lang iyon, that is G or Sol, yung 3 to 4th open strings ay 2nd string that is D or Re at ang 5th fret ng 2nd string ay equal sa open string ng 1st string G or Sol.... at same concept apply pataas hanggang sa 6th string which is F# or Fa#. pasensya na po kung na confuse ko kayo tao lang po.

Thank you so much George. I have been looking in many book stores and music stores for instructions like you just shared to me. I have tuned my bandoria now and I will also look for cords.
