Root Chakra - Chakra Clearing Part 1

The first Chakra is known as the Root Chakra. It is located at the bottom of your spine and is your place of survival, safety, and connection to the earth. The associated color is ruby red.

When you inhale, your draw the energy of the earth up through your roots, up into your body. Feel this energy at the base of your spine, and pour the energy into your Root Chakra. See the energy of this Chakra as a ruby red light, glowing in your body. See your Chakra cleaned and expanding. The Root Chakra is your place of your security, safety, and stability. Now you Chakra is open and flowing, repeat after me, out loud or mentally, 'I am in tune with my deepest sense of belonging, and I am safe'

i just will warn you and i don't know how this applies to all people once a long time ago i visualized red at the root and w hat i saw was terrifying - i would suggest pink or just clean it with gold -
