I'd recommend you go there in early september, if you can. There are too many people in august due to summer holidays...
July can be too early, as the snow can stay until quite late at parts of the route.
Take care and enjoy the ride. Wouldn't recommend to speed like shown in the video, though, unless you really know the track, AND are certain that you won't meet a family of 6 plodding along around the next corner.
