¿Cuántas personas habrá en el mundo que, al escuchar el inicio de la Sinfonietta de Janácek, puedan adivinar que se trata de la Sinfonietta de Janácek? La respuesta probablemente esté entre “muy pocas” y “casi ninguna”. Pero Aomame, de algún modo, podía.
Janácek compuso aquella pequeña sinfonía en 1926. El tema inicial había sido creado, originalmente, como una fanfarria para una competición deportiva. Aomame se imaginaba la Checoslovaquia de 1926.
