These mushrooms were found on hikes in Westchester County, New York during the last week of June 2009. I've tried to identify them, although you can help me! There are a few I'm not sure about. Chanterelle, Bolete, Russula.

  • I need some help too! Can you or anyone you know help ID some mushrooms for me? Check out my video. Can't seem to post the link.

  • well the "unknown"russula is not a russula because russulas do not have ring...its probably amanita pantheria(poisonus)...the first boletus is boletus badius and the second one.is not boletus but Tylopilus felleus var. alutarius and its not edible because its bitter.btw excuse my english,im not from english-speaking country

  • Did your Boletes stain? if so was it blue or red? Poor color? Did the first one have a tacky top?
