I know you guys are always on the lookout for foods high in protein, low in fat and fast to fix. So here's one of my personal favorites: whole grain flakes with raisins, protein powder and low fat milk. Your muscles will be rather happy about the protein and the high content of complex carbohydrates and fiber will keep you full for quite some time.

I know that in the video I say "cornflakes", which these clearly aren't, but as these flakes are my replacement for cornflakes, it has carried through to here.

The stats are 370 kcal, 30 g protein, 7 g fiber, 20 g complex carbs, 24 g simple carbs and 4 g fat.

  • Nature grows Whole wheat berries, not pasta or cereals in boxes, The cows produces raw whole milk not skimmed pastorised one, We got proteins in Foods not in Powder containers.. proteins go with fats for proper digestion!!

  • @Evilcyber Hey evil have you heard of Paleo lifestlye?

    It's not uncommon for obese people to lose a tonne of weight in only a few months - eating fat (including saturated) protein and vegetables.

    Also they eliminate grain and all processed foods.

    Theres a massive website run by Mark Sisson who owns a supplement company (his protein powder has co-co nut fat in it) and he is almost 60 and looks like a extremely fit 40 year old.

    What do you reckon?

  • @mokugin81 What about tuna, chicken, turkey, assorted fish, quiona and countless other low fat high protein things?

  • Nothing wrong with eating this every now and then but I tend to stay away from milk as it's not that great for your body. Try this: Boil a couple eggs, mixed berries some oats and water in a blender then munch on eggs (taking egg yoke out if ur worried about fat) and drink smoothie on ur way to work or gym.

  • Oh hello! Have you considered intellectus diet (google intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father lost tons of weight with it.

  • @WLordnDRanch12 I still reading the book of paleo diet, but i need to be honest, i am struggle, is very difficult for me, specially for my profession ( i am chef) have you follow the paleo diet? If yes tell me how you did in the first stage? Ill appreciated any information. Thanks.

  • @Evilcyber the problem is, we don't eat toothpaste, and yes, there are better alternatives to toothpaste. I get your point, but that was a bad analogy, haha.

  • @vitormangraviti i dont want to tell you something you already know, and i have noticed that lots of people commenting here have already informed you that you are dumb, but do you really think there is a problem with people trying to lose weight by eating healthy? Some people try to get in shape and dont just sit around wishing they weren't fat. Most fat people are fat for a reason, think about that you idiot.
