feeling very bloated. :(
i did legs on Saturday and am still sore! my quads are super stiff despite having stretched them during and after each leg exercise.

anyways great news!
my cousin and aunt have both lost 4 pounds this week!! i,m trying to get at least my cousin to post her videos up. she is taking progress pics which is still a good way to monitor and for inspiration.

    You do look great! I was wondering how you measure body fat? Do you go to the gym and have a trainer do it or you go every week to your doctor? Secondly, is it possible to do one's own measurement on one's self? Keep it up, girl!!!!

  • i use a scale. the health o meter. i think it was like 30 bucks at walmart. also measuring tape is a good idea but i dont do that.
