I don't do track and field, but I never understood why sticking it isn't part of the long jump. Like, is there landing protocol, technique? Or just make sure your feet touch down first?
Because watching traceurs land intense precisions, actually land them on two feet planted, seems less harmful for your knees than just crumpling to the ground.........
