He's have a ball... er no pun intended. LOL One of my horses likes to push around a plastic 55 gallon drum. Ignores the small ball like the one Silver has. Maybe a bigger one... Anyway, great vid of a horse enjoying himself. Thanks for sharing!

haha nice video! and a great horse!
How did he did get injured, and will he be able to recover fully?
What a beauty!
And a clever one too, the way makes use of that ball to entertain himself ... and perhaps get out a little frustration...?
At what age did he start playing with that ball, and how old is he now?
Thanks for sharing,
Coco

I got the ball for him when he was 2 and he played with it till he was injured when the mare changed her mind in the middle of a breeding and kicked his gaskin repeatedly. He is 9 now, never full recovered, injured at age 5. Thanks for everyones' kind words about him. He is the smartest, most personable horse I've ever met. A very special stallion still siring wonderful offspring. His name is Sterling Silver.

Oopps,I meant to hit reply to the last comment about what happened to Silver, and hit remove by accident. In answer to your question, Silver was kicked by a mare in the gaskin, (twice same spot while breeding)and it hyper extended his stifle. He is permanently lame, but still loves to play and is still breeding sound. Riding him was as much fun as playing and I miss it. His canter is as light and easy, like riding a cloud.
