This is a full Body Mat workout that uses your own body as resistance. Tone your abs, thighs, increase flexibility and decompressed spine and joints.
Small Apparatus Classes

A full body workout combining matwork, magic circles, rollers, thera-bands, fit balls, magic balls (palm weight ball), dumbbells to improve core strength, flexibility, coordination.

My practice facility limits class size from 3-5 people to enable to spend adequate amounts of time with everyone and give some individual guidance to students as necessary.

Mat classes and small Apparatus are classes provide an aerobic workout of varying intensity, depending on your fitness and skill level.
