Handing back a court summons to the magistrates

oh what fun it was to hand them back there paperwork and see the looks on there faces when i did it, they did not know what to do with it, they even tried to hand it back, when the letter was taken out the back all the staff huddled together to see if they could deal with it, they passed it around like it was radioactive,

LOL, they are trying to re issue it back to him to regain jurisdiction by re serving it to him. hahaha. You should of got a reciept, but you have video. haha. Also, by general usage a "person" is a human being or natural person, and by statute legislative law, a "person" may be a legal entity, corporation, trustee, or interested person.see Blacks Law 6th pg 791 Arguing person is kinda rediculous in any matter.It would better ask the Judge or write requesting where you are obligated to perform.

@KingCarlAmari funny, but he is returning an offer called a "summons". People normally don't do that. Here, just for fun, look what the law dictionary says a summons is:

Summons: Instrument used to commence a civil action or special proceeding, and is a means of acquiring jurisdiction over a party. Blacks Law Dictionary Abridged 6th ed. Pg. 1001

@codyenglish; All of the law is a seperate language, that is why the have a seperate dictionary and encyclopedic theasaurus. It is obvious that you are unaware of this VERY BASIC FACT. We use the same words, however in a LAW SETTING the words take on all new meanings, (that is one of the main reasons you may need a lawyer). the ability to SPEAK the LANGUAGE of legalise, is what you are witnessing,. @codyenglish Maybe u should study up instead of insult. An error in mag or court papers in Brit or Am. voids the papers. Ex: I was served w/ papers w/ the wrong DOB. I returned the papers n it was dismissed. To serve by mail 2 a name considered fiction is an error, as interpreted by the cmn law. It is Lawful 2 return n expect the papers 2 b corrected or dismissed. He didn't even have 2 mention freeman. If the case is dismissed or reconsidered based on the error how is that foolish?

the actual papers mean nothing. You can burn them, return them or do what you want with them.
