  • To all you ladies out there starving yourselves because you think it makes you look good, have a good look at Jessica. That is sexy and she probably ate more food than I do to look like that. Skin, bone and noodle arms is not sexy. Eat, workout, get healthy and above all enjoy life. Life requires balance, not tipping the scales to one extreme or the other.

  • @MrAxileas Why go for the hard way? Why not just make it easier I have no problem wth what you are saying I m just wondering I feel like it doesn't really matter it was working for me for a while....well at least until getting into the army haha you gotta eat when they tell you to eat and ya gotta do when they tell you to do it. But to my opinion I feel as though some of these things aren't even nessecary 6 small meals a day? Uh it can work but you better have a lot of time on ur hand

  • @MrChach1ng pfff again with that afterburn effect. the after burn effect is just raising your metabolism,which u can raise by eating 6 meals a day,with cardio and with weigth lifting.is just a smart way to sell you idea calling it " THE AFTERBURN EFFECT"

  • @MrAxileas Well the key is something called an afterburn effect you basically burn calories as you rest for 48hours look it up and also and I don't mean to make advertise but all this info is from shortcutsixpack

  • What Jessica explained was false you can still have 3 big meals a day trust me on this one as long as you workout and burn more then you are eating then you should be fine and your metabalism should be good as well
