When organizations fail to deliver on their promises the frequent excuse.. the strategy was wrong. But strategy by itself is often not the case. Leaders blame the people & HR. The leaders excuse.."I do not have good people or I have accountability problems, HR IS not doing what they are supposed to do". People blame the leaders and HR.. "nobody knows what the guys up there do, neither do they tells us what to do". We are not motivated enough.
