Using my Roland CX24 with Cut Studio 1.4 and Epson 7600 to contour cut printed stickers using the optical eye (OPUS). The cutter is set as a GX24 in Cut Studio to allow for the print and cut functionality. All questions welcome as I know it almost sent me mad trying to figure this out for the CX24 (lots of support for the much later GX24). Hope it helps someone else.

  • I don't think my CX24 has the OPUS. was that added on later versions?

  • @billnis Hi. You can't actually see it in operaion until you set it to look for crop marks. Then the little laser fires up and searches. I'm sure you should have this feature. Please feel free to contact me for any advice I can offer. Always happy to help.

  • Looks like the 7600 does a good job with the stickers. I am looking into a used epson 7600. Will this printer print on to glossy sticker vinyl? What would you suggest as a good weatherproof glossy vinyl adhesive sold in 24" rolls?
