Jamie's Birthday Workout Video

based on the classic, and all too well forgotten Marky Mark workout video - this little project was a birthday present to "Pudge Boy Slim" and featured my "Cuz" Nathan and the ever talented Jesse Hamilton (RIP Baby-dog!) It also was shot in my late father's (RIP Massive-Man!) fitness studio, and has a cameo by my Bro's bestie Matt Baker. Thanks 4 the great filming, and background laughter Ben, as well as the extra footage Matty.
