True. I agree GSP is world class. I would say most larger athletes are where you struggle to find really elite athletes. An all american wrestler friend of mine pointed that sort of anomoly out to me. The bigger guys generally stop wrestling or never wrestle so the athleticism and skill level is lower for the higher weightclasses than for the lower, because there just aren't too many sports smaller athletes can excel at on a professional level.

@Shadapaga i see your point for sure but the popularity of your sport does not determine if your at a "world class" level. Olympic wrestling has a smaller following then MMA but I guarantee that those guys are "world-class"

@TheAngeltoDemon And all those athletes that chose mma instead of football are suited for fighting now, not football. Yes, GSP for example is not a massive freak like Patrick, but I guarantee he is as high a caliber as athlete if not higher.
