The Back of the Mona Lisa (song I wrote)

Last night I saw a pic of the back of the mona lisa and thought that would make a cool song...so I wrote it.
Ya know the back of the mona lisa don't know she's a work of art
just an old time faded canvas that nobody caired to start
but were'ed we be without her that smile would never show
Without the back of the mona lisa were would the other side go

Bet she don't know her worth she never saw her other side
We can't see outselves the way we strike someone elses eye
But people gather round her they come from far away
To see the mona lisa right there on display

The back of the mona lisa bears the scar of time
bet she feels the darkness from not seeing the sun shine
If she only she could see what the whole world looks uppon
Then she'd know she's a treasure marveled by everyone
